Cold winterdays...

It has been long time since you heard of me the last time. So I just want to tell you that I am still alive. Not much has happened since my last blogg. I am just sitting at home and trying to get along with my university stuff. Actually, I just recognized that Uppsala is getting really white:

Yesterday I have finished my first report and I was really proud of me, so at least I can finally start with the preparation of my lecture. And of course, such periods are accompanied with lots of food and sweets.

This is a semla, a very delicious swedish lent pastry with much cardamom and almond paste and white cream of course:-)

This meal Karolina, a czech friend, and I made together. Just an improvisation, but it was really not bad...

And of course my beloved sweets and best friend in hard periods. I probably do not need to mention that I killed a whole bar of this finnish chocolate (250g) the day before yesterday...

After beginning with my lecture with a real good feeling I just got the next shock: How could I forget that we arranged an apointment with our superviser in order to present the first version of our lecture - and this shall take place on tuesday! Right, the day after tomorrow - and today I started with the preparation of the lecture, tomorrow I have my diagnostic test for the swedish language course that I would like to attend, and the day after tomorrow... herregud! a really horrible imagination... So I'd better continue with my work now:/, but vi hörs!
